01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and myr88b ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the online gaming services available at https://myr88b.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications operated by myr88b.

• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction on myr88b's restricted country list as updated from time to time.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member thereof of myr88b or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or had your Account terminated for breach of these terms.

myr88b reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued in an ineligible Account may be voided and returned funds may be withheld pending investigation.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may maintain only one (1) Account on myr88b. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, myr88b requires completion of KYC verification. Required documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., bank statement header showing account name and number).

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on myr88b are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are supported for Malaysian members:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — instant deposit processing.
• DuitNow and FPX — same-day processing for verified accounts.
• Direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and AmBank.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT) — subject to prevailing exchange rates at time of transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the Member's own name that has been used for a prior deposit, except where expressly authorised by myr88b's compliance team.

myr88b does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges for which myr88b accepts no liability. Where cryptocurrency withdrawals are requested, the Member bears any applicable network (gas) fees.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

myr88b offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated promotional period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in total bets).
• Where a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding, withdrawals of the deposit principal may be permitted at myr88b's discretion, subject to forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.
• Different game types may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements — sports betting, live casino, and slots may each carry different contribution percentages as stated in the promotion terms.
• myr88b reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at its sole discretion, and to deny, withhold, or reverse any bonus where abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonus stacking (claiming multiple promotions simultaneously without express permission) is prohibited.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on myr88b — including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, Champions League, La Liga, UFC events, and all other covered markets — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

myr88b reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances, without limitation:

• Odds published in error due to a manifest technical or human error.
• Events cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement deadline, or materially altered after bet placement.
• Evidence of match manipulation, insider information, or collusion in relation to the event on which the bet was placed.
• Bets placed through the exploitation of system errors, software bugs, or network latency advantages.

Casino game results — including all live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and slot games — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer products, by the physical outcomes of real-time game mechanics conducted by a professional dealer under monitored studio conditions.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on myr88b. Violation of any item in this list may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Systematically exploiting bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play (bonus abuse).
• Using automated betting software, robots, scripts, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to fix outcomes or share information during live games.
• Any conduct that myr88b, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other members.

09 Suspension & Termination

myr88b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where myr88b reasonably believes that:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• A regulatory, compliance, or legal obligation requires such action.
• The Member has voluntarily requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling tools.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of outstanding bonus balances will be returned to the Member via their last used payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC. Where termination is the result of a confirmed breach, myr88b reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to service.

11 Responsible Gambling

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

For Members accessing the Platform from Malaysia, this Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in a manner consistent with international gaming licensing standards. Nothing herein constitutes an admission that online gambling is legal in any particular Malaysian state or jurisdiction, and myr88b makes no such representation.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement or account decision, Members should contact myr88b customer support in the first instance. myr88b will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt.

13 Amendments to These Terms
